The Equation to Get Attention: The Fashion Edition

I've always been a fan of fashion ever since I found my interest in it, if I tell you I've been a fan of it since I was a child—I’d be lying. Never did I imagine myself back then opening a blog about my personal style because to be honest, no one really appreciates the way I dress—that’s when I found what was wrong with the way I dress, it lacks originality: A blog is a trend where anyone can jump into it easily because of the fact that its free—but in the fashion corners of the blog world where style is key, the essence of personal style becomes really unnecessary because everyone starts to dress the same. Personal Style, it is something you want to express your uniqueness in any way through an outfit; its okay to dress according to the trend but then, everyone wants to dress the trends. Being chameleon-like, as what they say, is a very big plus in the fashion industry BUT, it is only limited to models; being chameleon-like will only put you in the deepest and dustiest part of the fashion world especially if you’re just a beginner. It’s really hard to get noticed, if you don’t dress for yourself. If I express it through a mathematical equation, it goes like this…
(mix+match) + (personal style)^2 / (trend)= ATTENTION
In this equation I expressed that mixing and matching added with personal style raised to the power of 2 all divided by trend equates to attention. The more you introduce your personal style to trends the bigger the attention you get since personal style is raised to the power of 2, but if the bigger you follow trends the more it will diminish the sum of mixing and matching and personal style. Trend is inversely proportional to attention, so it means that the bigger the trends you follow the lesser the attention you will get.
What I’m saying here is that every personal style is very unique that not even a single DNA of your personal style will match another, if you just dress for yourself and not for society—you will get noticed. I will share to you a quote I have read from a book, it goes like this “Youth’s biggest mistake is its lack of originality.” Be original, be you, we live in a world today where everybody wants to dress as somebody. Start the change, be the change.
P.S.
This is only my opinion, the equation is just the product of my very analytic mind and none of this can be true but at the same time none of this can also be false.
